Italian Chicken, Sausage and Bean Casserole

Italian Chicken, Sausage and Bean Casserole

·             10 Heck chicken italia sausages - halved to make them smaller (just twist)
·             400g butter beans & 400g of another bean or pulse (Borlotti or Chickpea)
·             400g Tin of tomatoes
·             6 cloves of garlic
·             Paprika
Let’s Get Cooking:
1.    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4
2.     Gently heat the braiser on the stove and place the sausages and chipolatas inside to sear
3.     Cook until brown on all sides, and add the garlic for 2 minutes, dont burn the garlic
4.    Add the tomatoes
5.    Peel and finely slice the garlic
6.    Add beans to the dish (drained)
7.    Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
8.    Add the paprika and a splash of water
9.    Mix together
10.  Randomly add in the sausages and chipolatas into the mix
11.  Place the lid over the top and let it simmer for 30 mins
12.  Remove from the hob and place in the oven for the final 15 mins (make sure that everything is golden and bubbling before serving)
13.  Enjoy!
