Haus Marketing & Distribution are based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
They operate a brand management company that maintains all aspects of promoting, selling and after sales service for the European brand names, Wüsthof, Rosle and Scanpan. Haus are the exclusive importers and distributors of the brands that they represent.
So what is our brand management?
For many years we have seen companies come and go within Housewares. Many of them manufacturers and some of them distributors. For this reason Haus have separated themselves from the normal boundaries covered by a stand alone importer and distributor. Haus take pride in their knowledge of the market in which they operate. In an ever changing business sector they operate in all aspects of looking after their products, whilst maintaining a high understanding of the needs of the retailer, consumer and brand objectives. They focus heavily on their service and invest time and resources every year into improvements to ensure faster more efficient communication of their portfolio. For Haus it is not just about taking on a brand and letting the product drip out via agents or sales representatives. Each employee has to share enthusiasm for the all the micro and macro attributes of the brands that Haus sell. Without it the team, be it in Sales, Customer service or Marketing cannot share the ambition of the brand. Haus maintain their own marketing and in an ever changing world have their own marketing department focused on advert design, image enhancement, web site guidance, proof reading and PR. Their sales force have many years experience on the road selling quality products and are settled into the understanding of what the retailer expects and requires of them. There are many other avenues to cover: product advise, consumer advise, editorial, service, marketing, PR, retailer partnership and more. Focus on these areas will ensure that Haus are prepared for the evolving housewares market: they will support retail in full for all of the brands that they represent.
Marketing & PR
Over the forthcoming years Haus will play a big part in evolution of the marketing plan, with dedicated PR campaigns, advertising material and TV coverage. Each year a plan will be in place to ensure two PR campaigns will be processed in a professional manner based on the brands that they represent. The company will feature adverts in various formats based on promoting the brand names or ranges within its portfolio. The mission? Brand recognition. The result? Understanding consumers and appreciative retail environments.
Distribution
Despatch is operated from their head office and is the hub in which they endeavour to deliver goods to retail outlets and distribution centres within 48 hours. Usual delivery is around 24 hours with approximately 90% of all stock held in their warehouse. Delivery of goods from suppliers occurs every week and stock rotation is key to the strength and strategies that are in place for a healthy business.
