All Bredemeijer/Leopold items carry a 2 year warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship. If you believe that your item qualifies, please send it to us (address below).  Once we receive it we will take a detailed look at the product and if it is found to be defective in any way we will certainly replace it at no charge to you.
 
Please package your item carefully; we ask that you do not send personal items with the item that you wish to have returned – this includes towels and any other items used for protection.
 
Please ensure that you enclose a note in the box containing your name, full address and daytime telephone number, just in case there are any questions.  Please also include a brief summary of the problem encountered.

All Wusthof items carry a product lifetime warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship, this does not cover misuse and is based on a reasonable suggestion to say that your product has served you well for it's lifetime. How do I ship my item?  

 
Your contract of purchase is with your retailer so proof of purchase may be required for assistance.  We are here to try and help you with any questions about warranty.  Please be aware that Haus are not responsible for the products you send to us until we receive them, so it is recommended that you insure your package accordingly (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is one option, though do check with your local Post Office for more details – the post office are allowed to ship cookware and knives, kitchen knives are not a weapon).
 
Another service available to you to save the post office queue is that of the Collect Plus Service, an economy service is available based on weight and the first £50 of your product is covered with their insurance. http://www.collectplus.co.uk/ Please make sure the item is packed safely and securely.  Drops can be made at regular high street names such as Asda, Spar, Nisa and such.  Please see their website for further details.
 
We will offer you a credit for the postage for an item, to a maximum of £10.  Please make sure it has been sent in the most cost effective manner.
